INSTRUCTIONS:

Researchers in psychology have traditionally been very interested in exploring the psychological factors linked to the consumption of violent media. The aim of the present research was to investigate whether a range of psychological variables correlate with violent media consumption. Your job is to choose TWO (2) of these variables that you find most interesting, and generate two hypotheses (one for each variable) regarding how you think they might be related to violent media consumption. Hypotheses should be based on past literature. 

The research report, will be based on a piece of research conducted in tutorials and written in APA style, include a title page, abstract, introduction, method, results, discussion and reference section. The report will use correct spelling, grammar and punctuation and be referenced in accordance with APA 7th edition. Reports should be neatly presented, clearly expressed and fully documented. They should reflect appropriate levels of research of the relevant literature, and a capacity to interpret, and communicate about, psychological data and ideas. Evidence of original and/or critical thinking will also be rewarded.
