For this assignment, you will imagine that you have been hired as a Behavioural Insights Researcher for a new multimedia streaming service. You have been assigned to their ‘Suggestions’ team, where you are going to use your statistical analyses skills to be able to work out which TV shows should be suggested after a viewer has finished watching another.
To demonstrate the types of insights you are going to bring to the company, your manager has asked you to show him the analysis from 4 shows, and to present that in a report.
You will need to:
• Select FOUR of the TV shows from the data we collected in Week 4 (consider these as your ‘variables’)
• Describe the attitudes participants had towards each of these variables
• Use analyses to demonstrate the relationship between each of the 4 variables
• In a conclusion– bring the results together to show you understand how the variables relate to each other
Word count.
You should make sure to write this in no more than 1000 words. The markers will stop reading at this point. Your word count will include everything except the title, figure headings, table headings, table content and your statistical output. You will not need references for this assignment (like you would normally in an essay or lab report).

Template Title
You should include an APA formatted title page. The title will be Viewer behavioural insights. You can also include a fictional name of the company if you are a creative type (But keep it PG!).
Abstract [around 150 words]
This will be a single paragraph and will capture the aims or purpose of the research.
Describe what you did, and why you did it. You will briefly describe the results and give a conclusion at the end. This would be the version of your study you would tell someone if you were in an elevator with them and had limited time!

Methods
Participants [around 50 words]
You should describe who the participants were. This would include any descriptiveinformation that is included in the SPSS dataset.
Procedure [around 100 words]
You should describe the way that the data was collected. What was included in the questionnaire? What were the questions asked? What will that tell us about attitudes? Which TV shows were examined?
Statistical analysis [around 50 words]
Outline the analysis techniques that you will use to inspect the data. Make sure to mention the software that you used and refer to the complete output which will be attached as an appendix.
Results
Descriptive Statistics [around 200 words]
You should describe the data using appropriate measures, including the number of observations for each variable, measures central tendency and spread. This should be presented as an APA formatted table.
You should present each the distributions of data as APA formatted histograms, and describe the shape, and any other noteworthy characteristics.
Inferential Statistics [around 200 words]
You should use the appropriate analyses to examine the relationships between the variables you have selected. You should report in analysis in an APA table and report correlations in prose. Finally, you should include appropriate APA formatted visualisations of these relationships (regardless of if they were significant).

Conclusions [around 250 words]
