You will continue to develop expertise in occupation analysis throughout your undergraduate program, but this assessment will enable you to demonstrate your beginning knowledge and abilities. Through completion of this assessment, you will need to demonstrate your value of an occupational perspective of humans, health and wellbeing, as well as individual and cultural differences.
 

Instructions
a) For this assessment you are required to write a 1,500 word report which analyses a single recent instance of an occupation in which you have personally engaged. You can choose any occupation but it must be something that is a regular part of your life and not something that you have only performed once.
b) You need to complete an analysis of a single recent instance of the occupation and describe how it impacted on your health.
c) Your occupation analysis must use the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement (CMOP-E, Polatajko et al., 2013) as the guiding framework.
d) This is a report, and so you should present the content in different sections with headings.
How you structure your assignment is up to you, but you might like to consider the following outline as a guide.

i. Introduce occupation analysis and its role in understanding humans as
