Assignment Task: Select a construction project, which has been delivered within the past three years. It should have several different stakeholders. (If you are unsure whether your project is suitable please contact the lecturer. Interview at least 3 key personnel. Ideally you should interview the Project Manager, the Project Sponsor, the Client or Client Representative and/or a Contractor. Compare their individual views of the success of the project and discuss whether the project objectives have been met for all stakeholders. To speed up the process, after having made the initial contact by phone you might agree to email the list of questions to your interviewee and follow up their response with a meeting to clarify any issues. Tips: If you do not have a project in mind we suggest that you look through the editions of journals that list projects that have received recent Australian awards (Australian Project Manager of PMI Journals). Contact the key personnel for the project (usually listed in the journal articles).- Leave yourself enough time for follow-up questions, if responses are not comprehensive, or if you need to contact other stakeholders, in the event that someone declines to participate in the interview. Make sure to contact at least 5 stakeholders initially, in case one or two do not respond or give poor answers.

Summarise the information obtained from your interviews and use the information obtained from the interviews (your primary source of evidence) supported by the academic literature to conduct a critical analysis of the findings. In this essay, your primary evidence is the data from the interviews. This data should be supported and discussed in relation to what the literature says.
