4. Discusses in your own opinion how you think a health assessment might be conducted differently in TWO of the following situations / settings, supported by ideas from the wider literature:
o With a child in a community setting (i.e. GP practice, well-baby / child clinic, school health clinic);
o With an adult in a hospital setting e.g. emergency room, medical ward, surgical ward, out-patient clinic such as well woman’s clinic, orthopaedic outpatients clinic;
o With an elderly person in an aged care facility or a community setting e.g. GP practice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your essay must:
• Utilise at least five different scholarly sources (i.e. journal articles, books, government body reports) published in the past five years. Two of the sources must be journal
articles.

• Be no more than 1200 words in length.

• Include an introduction, a main content area (also called body) and a conclusion. Table
