Your concept map must include:

• Identification and interpretation of three (3) patient risk factors ( from the case study scenario ) related to the disease/disorder's aetiology or pathophysiology, grounded in evidence-based literature.
• A detailed pathophysiological sequence connecting the disease/disorder with five (5) clinical manifestations observed in the patient ( from the case study scenario ), grounded in evidence-based
