For this assignment, you are required to create an assembly as well as 2D draft views of the assembly and the parts used to create the assembly, using SolidWorks. The 2D CAD drawings should be done according to Lecture 7 (posted on eThuto). The assembly should consist of a minimum of three different parts, containing different features i.e. it should not just be three blocks ma. together. Each part should have a different feature (for example, one part can be shelled while the other part include a rib feature). Make use of your imagination and create an assembly that is worth of your level of study. Figure 1 shows an example of an acceptable assembly and the level of complexity required from your assembly.

NB: Figure 1 is just an example of what you should do. Come up with a different assernbly other than the one shown below. 

Your final draft views should be saved and submitted as NI files on eThuto. You need to submit the following draft views in a pdf format and it must include the following:

i. A CAD draft view of the assembly consisting of a bill of materials with all the required information and details, as set out in Lecture 8.

ii. A CAD draft view of the assembly, consisting of at least three different views with dimensions (three per view) and one view should be a sectional view.

iii. CAD draft views of all the different components used in the assembly. Each component must be shown individually and must consist of at least three different views with dimensions fthree per view) and one view should be a sectional view.
