2 Final Overview     

Stadium have been engaged by Wombat Rugby to create state-of-the-art IT solution to address the  requirements of a new stadium to increase customer satisfaction and increase the yield dollar brought in  from each customer, the solution will include a combination of 11 different systems to address seating,  stock control, communication, facilities access, security etc. which will be explained in further detail  throughout this proposal. The iStadium IT solution will cost a total of $3,734,800 inc GST and $273,000  per year to maintain, this includes all staffing, development and installation fees associated with the 
system. During the 176 working day set up time, iStadium will develop and install a system capable of  recognizing the number plates of visitors to do away with conventional inefficient parking tickets which  can get lost and slow up the line at the boom gate, as well as AI cameras to assist the referees of games,  increasing accuracy and decreasing customer complaints about “bad calls”. The system will also have the  capability to change the field layout depending on what type of different match is being played e.g.  cricket. This feature will allow the wombats to hire out the field to different types of sporting teams not  only increasing the brand recognition of the team but significantly reducing the amount of time it takes  for the team to make a return on investment. 

2.1 Introduction 
The SITP team will introduce a unique and high standards of IT/IS infrastructure solution to  fulfil the objectives with high-level technology which will ensure maximum efficiency from  various tasks across the project within managing full operations in SMS. The main aim is to  develop a state-of-the-art IT/IS solution that will be unique to the Wombats Rugby Stadium. 
To begin with, Mobile applications and online websites will be created in order to facilitate  customers to make cashless payments by booking seats, bookings of car parks, purchases of  goods/caterings and paperless tickets holders at the stadium. In addition to this, customers will  be able to book through different apps such UBER and OLA to have a better transportation  system and efficiency. Moreover, a new CRM will be incorporated into the project as their lack  of CRM within this CRM will increment customer revenues and great management with fans  and clients and enhance great services for individuals. Other significant systems will be the  Communication system, AI camera system and Projection Hologram system. These systems  that will be incorporated by our team will satisfy clients and customers and great management  skills for the project. It will tackle to improve transportation, entertainment for customers and  great technology devices to communicate between stakeholders and processes of each task for  payment systems. Finally, Waterfall methodology and PMBOK will be introduced as it is the  best approach to the system for project management.
