For this task, your critical reflection on the clinical decision (stage eight) is a significant component of this task, please make reference to a reflection model (e.g. Gibbs) (please see the corresponding weighting in marking criteria). 

1) Analyse how each stage of the clinical reasoning cycle (Levett-Jones, 2018) was applied to your decision.

2) For stage eight critically reflect on what you have learnt from applying the clinical reasoning cycle to your chosen decision - contemplate what you learnt from the process and what you could have done differently (you should make reference to a reflection model (e.g. Gibbs)).

3) Identify and discuss the relevance of three (3) of the Registered Nurse Standards for Practice (2016) in relation to your decision-making process.
