You will submit an individual poster that you will present to the rest of your group. The poster should be 1500 words (+/- 10%) (between 1350 and 1650 words) and must contain evidence for each of the module Learning Outcomes (LO) which are:

LO2 Utilise communication skills to share their ideas.

LO3 Discuss principles of equality and diversity in their subject.

1. Where did you begin in terms of your personal values and sense of self? Think back to you at the start of this module: describe who you were in terms of your identity, levels of self-confidence, how you viewed others, and perhaps the world. There are other topics you could discuss here (motivation, communication skills, awareness of equity and diversity, amongst other things) but basically, you need to describe who you were, way back in September.

2. Where are you now in terms of your personal values? How has this module changed you? What have you learned? How have these changes occurred: through reading, through class discussion perhaps? Reflect on how you have changed and what has made you re-think who you are and what you stand for.

3. Where are you going next? What do you need to work on in the future? How will you do this? Basically, what are the gaps in your personal development and how will you address these? 

4. Where did you begin in terms of your professional values? Back in September what professional values did you have? Did you know which career you wanted to pursue; did you have any experience of working in this sector? What did you think a professional person was like? How did this person show their professionalism?

5. Where are you now in terms of your professional values? What have you learned about your professional self? What changes have you seen in yourself and how can these changes be explained? Can you relate to where you are now in terms of professional standards? 

6. Where are you going next? In terms of your professional development, what would you like to do next? How will you work on these developmental areas? Why is it important that you continue to think about your future learning and development? What is an ethical and reflective practitioner and why is this of importance? You may want to start thinking about your future career aspirations in this section.
