You are the HR manager of an organization operating in the healthcare sector looking to expand their current size and activities. You are required to develop a resource plan that will help meet the organisational objectives: grow sustainably and enter a new market. Your plan should explore the resources required, how the resources will be procured, and how the effective use of resources will be monitored in the  organisation. Your chosen organisation should be agreed with your tutor. You are required to meet all 4 Module Learning Outcomes (LO) listed below.
