The purpose of this assignment (ASG2) is to
(a) Implement (build) a relational database and
(b) populate it with test data
(c) And then extract useful information using SQL/QBE.?

The database structure, stored data and extracted information must to be showcased in a PDF document.
Both the MS Access file and the Showcase PDF document must be submitted to gain marks. Only the showcase PDF file will be marked. The database file will only be examined if we need to prove that the work submitted was your own.

Database Implementation
Students will construct a relational database based on a "tutor provided EARD" blueprint specifically designed for ASG2. Students will not be implementing their ERD from ASG1 as it may not be completely correct.
The tutor-provided EARD will be released to students, at the earliest, during Teaching Week 9. This is to ensure that all students have submitted their ASG1 ERD blueprint, before the ASG2 ERD blueprint is released.

The 3-week hiatus
In the 3-week period between students submitting ASG1 and receiving the tutorprovided EARD for ASG2, students will not be able to start on ASG2. Instead students will learn the fundamentals of using MS-Access using a parallel case study, where many of the pitfall of database construction will be practiced. When creating your ASG2 implementation, it is imperative that you complete the database structure (Data Integrity Enforcement using the Relationship Window) before you start entering your data.
