Do you think business leadership styles have evolved significantly in the last 50 years? Demonstrate your viewpoint by critically assessing and comparing the leadership styles and business success of three different business leaders, and suggest if, or how, leaders may need to change further in order to meet the needs of the post-pandemic world?

This is an essay question that requires a focus on three different leadership styles and the impact that the behaviour/leadership style has on an organisation and its people.
Identify three different business leaders and demonstrate an understanding of the effectiveness of the different styles they have selected.
Evaluate how each style impacts the organisation in which they are applied.
Critically comment on how the different styles are utilized
Students should demonstrate an awareness of and the importance of organisational cultures and processes and be able to apply their knowledge.
Students should demonstrate an awareness of the external environment in which the organisation operates and the impact this has on leaders and followers.
