As a researcher, you have been assigned the task of building a multiple regression model that can be used to determine the potential economic factors contributing to greenhouse gases, particularly, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. You have been given access to a multi-country database for the year 2014, compiled by the World Bank. This database is provided in an Excel file (Assignment2_data. xlsx) under the assessment section of the course website.

You are asked to perform the following tasks:

• Build a suitable multiple regression model using the given database.

• Present the findings of the modelling task in the form of a short research paper. You can follow the following structure for the short research paper. The word count is 1800 ? 10% words (excluding reference list, figure & table legends and the Appendix).
