In your case, they need you to help them find a storage place with a reasonable price. You contacted a few public warehouses. You received a very attractive quote from one of the service providers. The quote provided enough storage capacity for your need. The service provider also mentioned that if you specify the number of days required upfront, you only pay $1,000 per day; otherwise, you can choose to pay $3,000 per day, using the spot price for any number of days.
