4. This section should answer the goals of your report and draw together the main points from your analysis of the literature and other discussions about your work organisation.

It should reach an overall conclusion and present a list of recommendations as to the
effectiveness of organisational learning culture and knowledge management as well as the role of leadership and begins to identify the way forward.
