Your task is to conduct literature research on a topic in the network security area, and this project must culminate with the submission of a final report. Literature research is the basic and necessary skill of researchers. It demonstrates previous work in a research field and to situate innovative research in the context of this work. Timely and comprehensive literature research can lead to new synthetic insights and are often widely read. To conduct literature research on a topic, you have to find relevant research publications,to synthesise information from various sources, and to evaluate the published works. A set of suggested topics are included in Section 2. You may select one from them, or you may propose your own topic.
