Design a specific intervention plan for assisting the client outlining the individual psycho-social factors and contextual factors (person-in-environment or PIE) that inform and justify your rationale.  Your intervention may include referrals to other services and should identify how you would go about these referrals.

3. Outline how you might engage with the individual in the setting you choose, including how you would address confidentiality.

4. How would you evaluate your effectiveness as a case manager with this client?
