Make a voice recording of yourself (not a video) reading the SECOND part of the article ‘Therapy by writing’ (a) without any facial expression and (b) with facial expressions. Select 3 friends/colleagues and play the recordings to them and ask them to identify the one which they find easier to listen to. Present your results in a table. Did you find a difference? (Note: you do not need to submit your recordings with the assignment, or take/give any personal details regarding your listeners, but just answer this question). (4 marks)

d) From reflection in (b) or on any of the materials presented in week one of the course, or the articles above, identify an area of employability/soft skills that you think you may need develop/ improve.
