Task: Streamline has grown considerably in the last few months. The owners are looking to improve efficiencies in their procurement process and have approached you to assist them with identifying any areas for improvement. To make any recommendations, you must first understand the current process being undertaken. A transcript of your interview with the purchasing supervisor is posted in Resources in Interact. Task requirements: Using the interview transcript and an applicable system tool, create a Level 0 logical data flow diagram to document the existing system for the procurement process.( use only CIRCLE ,SQUARE, RECTANGLE AND SIMPLE ARROW) A system tool includes software such as Word, Excel, Smartdraw or Edraw. There are many tools that are available to trial for free on the internet.
