However, this access control systemappears inefficient and not scalable. Therefore, you propose replacing the current accesscontrol with a hierarchical Role-Based Access Control (HRBAC).
Create a hierarchal design based on the roles shown in the matrix model to assist the systemdevelopers. You may need to propose a new role and to consider inheritance for bothpermission and membership in order to create a neat design. All relevant information such asroles, permissions and relations should be shown in your design
