Structure 

You are required to address the following questions/ issues in your written report, 

A) Comment on the entity’s compliances with the eight central principles as listed in ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations. 

B) Explain how Principle 3 (ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations) can lead to improved business performance of your selected entity. 

C) Explain how Principle 7 (ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations) can be used to mitigate the reputational risk of Principle 3 in your selected entity. 

D) Is there any research to suggest that improved corporate responsibility reporting results in improved financial results (or share price)? Explain how your findings are relevant to the causal relations between CSR reporting and financial performance.
