Tango has signed a fixed contract with these three hotels (A, B and C) to use parts of their facilities for a certain number of guests for one year. Information regarding all three hotels, the number of guests and all relevant costs are presented in the table below:

The budgeted overhead costs in Branch No1 for the year (52 weeks) is $312,000. Branch No 1 allocates this overhead cost to all three hotels equally.
The budgeted overhead costs at Tango head office for the year is $2,340,000. Tango allocates this overhead cost to all five branches in the North Island equally (including Branch No 1).
The actual overhead cost for the year in Branch No 1 is $390,000. Moreover, the actual overhead costs at Tango head office for the year is $2,652,000.
