Task 1
Prepare a report that summarizes your findings based on the action research proposal submitted prior to field experience. In your report be sure to cover the following items:
1. Describe the characteristics of your Field Experience organization. Include:

2. State the purpose of your field experience, and explain why you choose your field experience at this organization?
3. List the three research questions that you identified prior to the placement that you wanted to be answered by the end of the placement. Explain why these questions are significant to you in enhancing your professional development and learning in human resources.
4. Explain how these questions relate to the specific courses of the Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.
5. Conduct a literature review highlighting 5 to 7 key articles that relate to the topic areas of each of your three questions. Summarize these articles in a short review of the literature for each research question.
6. Answer each of your research questions based on your actual field experience.
7. Discuss the results of your field experience in relation to the findings of your literature review.
8. Discuss the implications of your action research findings on you and your future practice of human resources.

Create a table for each of the five (5) areas described above, listing three (3) activities from the course and/or your Field Placement Experience and/or your Service-Learning Project Experience that have enhanced your competence in that area. A sample table is below
