Student are required to do research on the selected building. Figure out what characteristic that showcase the selected building. Furthermore, students need to find any western example in order to generate a comparative analysis. Critically analyse the contemporary Malaysian example for its differences and similarities to the western example.

In order to gather architectural information through the written assignment, student is required to collectively address the questions below:

•  What is the main function of the building?
•  What is the philosophy of the design?
•  How does the chosen concept of the building give meaningful influence throughout the design?
•  Based on your observation, highlight the positive and negative aspects of the modern example versus western example.
