5.  Modify communication for special situations that affect communication between health office administrators and co-workers, clients and their families.
6. Interact effectively with co-workers, supervisors and the public to the level expected of a Health Office Administrator.
7. Demonstrate self-awareness of how one’s own communication and behavior impacts others through self-reflection.

Instructions: 

The purpose of this assignment is to reflect upon and summarize what you have learned in the ADMN 1070 course. Connect what you have learned to course concepts ineach of the 8 units and present how and why the learning is important to you and to your future MOP/HOA career. This is not an assignment that requires you regurgitate what you learned in the unit but to reflect on how what you have learned will help you in your future career.

You may select the following format to present your final assignment:

1)    A PowerPoint presentation with audio
•    Outline the key learnings and use the voice over to elaborate each slide
•    Do not simply read each slide out loud, ensure you are using the points highlighted in your presentation as discussion points. Please provide speaker notes with your presentation. The presentation should not exceed 10 minutes. 
2)    A blog using mutually agreed upon tool
•    A written reflection-based format that can include a more informal discussion including Gifs, questions, and self-reflection
3)    A live presentation using virtual conferencing tools e.g. Teams, Zoom
•    A video conference will be scheduled between the student and instructor
•    The student will present their final assignment to the instructor live
•    Ensure there is organization to the presentation, tools such as cue cards, props, drawings, etc., may be helpful
4)    A presentation format that is mutually agreed upon by the instructor & student
•    If a student has an idea of how to present the final assignment in a format not notated above, please connect with your instructor via email and outline your proposed method
•    Your format must be approved by the instructor prior to starting the assignment
