Your tasks in this imaginary ‘research project’ is to conduct a Thematic Analysis of the four (4) interview transcripts provided to you and present your themes in a Findings section of a research report. You are required to:
Thematically analyse the four (4) interview transcripts provided to you.
Compose a Findings section of a qualitative research report (in which you define and describe each of your themes in detail).
Include a final Thematic Map as an Appendix to your submission and refer to and explain the Thematic Map in the body of your Findings section.
Include two (2) earlier iterations (drafts) of your Thematic Map that show development of your themes. Do not refer to or explain these drafts in the body of your Findings section, rather, these drafts will allow your marker to see you have been iterative in your interpretation of the data.  

Remember at all times that you are endeavouring to address the overarching research question.

Document Structure and Formatting Requirements  
For equity purposes, abide by the following document structure and formatting requirements. Please be sure to abide by the requirements as text that exceeds the requirements, or components that are not included, will not be read and therefore cannot be marked. Please ensure your final assessment document consists of the
following sections in the following order:  

1. Findings: This section consists of the write up of the themes you identified through your Thematic Analysis.  
Findings Section Formatting Requirements:
Maximum of 6 pages, EXCLUDING your Appendix and Supplementary Materials.
12 point Times New Roman.
Double Spaced (i.e., Line spacing = double).
Page numbers bottom right?hand side.
No need for a contents page or headers/footers.
2.5cm margins.
Headings are encouraged (e.g., the heading Findings to mark the beginning of the section, theme names as headings).  

2. Appendix: This section (the Appendix) consists of your final Thematic Map.  
Formatting Requirements for the FINAL Thematic Map:
The Final Thematic Map must fit on one side of one A4 page.
2.5cm margins.
The page can be either landscape or portrait orientation.
Font Times New Roman.
Font no smaller than 10 point.
You will need to refer to the Appendix and describe your Thematic Map in the body of your Findings section. To do this, give this section the heading of: Appendix.
