Present monthly resource distributions for your location. For Biogas, please discuss the available annual feedstock quantity and quality from a specific source or group of sources. Please discuss seasonal fluctuations that you anticipate with sound basis for your assumptions. 3) Location – Discuss site suitability. When relevant, consider population density, national energy distribution networks (includes natural gas networks if suggesting Renewable Natural Gas production with grid injection), available area, terrain, and other characteristics you believe to be important. The effective use of maps and graphics are encouraged. 4) Performance – Based on your resource assessment, calculate how much energy your plant will produce yearly, and present monthly distributions. Discuss land usage, plant performance (efficiency, capacity factor, etc.). For biogas discuss logistical and transportation aspects for the resource. 5) CO2 Offset – Calculate the offset CO2 emissions from your designed facility on an annual basis. Remember that the RE technology itself has a CO2 footprint. Remember that each country’s energy mix is different. 6) Economics – Estimate the Simple Levelized Cost of Electricity for your project. Clearly state your Capex and Opex assumptions. 7) General Format and Document Quality - Consider the quality of introduction and conclusion, organization, effective use of tables and figures. The introduction should be clear and to the point – consider that most readers will only read the introduction to determine if they want to read your report. The conclusion should include relevant information from the report.
