TASKS

You are required to complete the following tasks in order to prepare an overview of financial position that would fit within the strategic report section of the annual report and accounts.

All calculations must be displayed in the Appendices.

1. Prepare the overview of financial position for Royal Dutch Shell 2018-2019 as follows:

1. Present the ratio results as a financial summary making use of graphics, which helps non-financial stakeholders to better understand the information.

2. Analyse and evaluate the ratio results to determine the financial position of Royal Dutch Shell for the period 2018-2019. The analysis should also include some discussion on the company’s capital structure.
