It should describe an actual situation, commonly involving an issue related to agile product management related decision - a challenge, an opportunity, a problem or an issue faced by an organization. You need to provide relevant information/data about the issue available to the organization, relevant data required to solve the aforesaid problem plus background information about the organization, industry etc. Following are the tentative sections of the first document

1. The introduction briefly states the agile product management decision challenge opportunity problem issue faced by an organization.

2. Company background company information that is only relevant and required to solve the said problem. Information to be collected from the company website previous reports or any other published material.

3. Industry background industry information that are only relevant and required to solve the said problem. Information to be collected from company websites domain previous reports or any other published material.

4. Other information related to product market consumer competitors is required to address the proposed problem.

5. Restate the challenge issue problem opportunity The first document should have pages of text and pages of relevant exhibits. The document must be written in your own language. The second document - The analysis and recommendation document
In this document you need to analyse the data given in the first document, evaluate alternatives with the help of agile product management concepts and tactical concepts and finally give your recommendation.

The analysis document should have following sections:

1. Synopsis of the agile product management related problem Provide a brief of decision/challenge/ opportunity/problem/issue as illustrated in the first document

2. Analysis of data The first document will have relevant data both in the text and annexure. You need to analyse these data. The analysis could be analysing quantitative data as well as finding several plausible alternatives with pros and cons, and then build argument to substantiate or reject them.
