Management Report Writing Assignment:

The group report is due Thursday 22nd September. The group report must be submitted via TurnItIn (by one student only) with the following file name: A2COV_Campus_GroupNumber (e.g. A2COV_Bundoora_Group1). The names and student numbers of all group members must be listed on the cover page. A declaration of contribution must also be attached (template to be supplied). All members of your group must attend the poster sessions (both). At least two members of the group must be beside the poster to answer questions, other members should visit other group’s posters and ask questions to use in providing feedback (rotate these roles). Group feedback must be posted to the Feedback forum on LMS by Thursday the 20 th October at 9pm, one submission per group. You must identify the group in the title of the post (e.g. Bundoora Group 1 Feedback). It is expected that each person contributes an equal amount of time and content toward the report, poster and pitch presentation. If a group member is found to not be contributing to the group work, they may be graded accordingly or be required to complete both the report and presentation elements as an individual. The assignment grade will reflect your ability to analyse the situation of this firm as well as examining your ability to provide an innovative new venture proposal, and convince others of its soundness. Your group report, poster and pitch is worth 30% of the final grade, and will be graded according to the following criteria: 1. Professional pitch presentation – appearance, language, group effort, persuasiveness 2. Appropriateness – of example, of fit and of theoretical underpinnings, of language in report 3. Poster format and content – examples, delivery, quality of presentation material, quality of research, interest 4. Objectivity – critical perspective, presentation of alternatives, depth of understanding and analysis
