The St David’s Hotel is to be closed and a domestic dwelling, incorporating your new design concept, will be built on the site of the former hotel. You have the choice whether to have the hotel demolished, or to leave it standing and somehow repurpose the building, using it in your new design. Constrained by the footprint of the current St David’s Hotel, your design can be for any number of occupants and can contain a mix of uses if you wish.
