The management singular importance and highway network maintenance for all categories of places, users and enhancement of the management systems demands for supporting the service delivery. It also assists well in maintaining the highway structures which include underpasses, bridges, and other related structures.

The poor road design significance evaluation as the road failure factor of an expressway along with the usage of the survey design technique which was based on employing individual interviews and a well-structured questionnaire for the data collection. I used the mean values for ranking the factors regarding the inadequate maintenance, government mismanagement, road pavement old age, contractor incompetence, soil bad nature, heavy vehicle stress, design poor road leading to the roadway factors under research. I concluded the poor road design work which was not adequate road factor failure even though there was no redesigning and reconstruction requirement of the roadway. I monitored and properly worked on the planning of the design for accurate implementation. 

The technical work nature was the highway and their maintenance evaluation and estimation which included various analytical steps and these were mainly achieved with the Civil Engineering skills implementation under the project supervisor’s assistance.
