Conduct an analysis using Porter's 5 Forces on a currently operational airline*. You should structure your report around headings that cover the following (headings can be modified to match your chosen airline):
 
1. Introduction – about 100 words (no referencing);2. Barriers to Entry – about 250 words (in-text referencing excluded in word count);3. Supplier Power – about 250 words (in-text referencing excluded in word count);4. Buyer Power – about 250 words (in-text referencing excluded in word count);5. Substitute Products and/or Services – about 250 words (in-text referencing excluded in word count);6. Competitive Rivalry – about 250 words (in-text referencing excluded in word count);7. Conclusion – about 150 words (no referencing).
 
You should avoid too many tables, graphs and figures within the document and instead place these as an appendix at the end, after the list of references (or reference list).
