Analysis of Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) in Physiotherapy Assignment

Assignment Task

Select 3 randomized control trials (RCTs) in scope of Physiotherapy through choosing one condition that are treated in the three RCT, but with different intervention in each RCT, recently published (within the last five years).

A. For First Part Discusses the following:

• Ethical considerations: What ethical considerations are considered when applying the study? Are there any ethical failures (Explain in detail for each RCT)
• Explain the method of sample size calculation, how did they calculate the sample size? (include the three RCTs)
• Assess the internal and external validity in detail for the three RCTs. (Follow the attached checklist)
•  Assess the risk of bias of the three RCTs (Follow the attached checklist for RCT)

B. For the Second part

• Use the three RCTs to write the literature review.
• Write a systematic review following the attached file for Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines (PRISMA) guidelines.
• Critical appraisal for the three RCTs.
