2. A reflection on the overall workflow how you communicated with your team (e.g. e-mail, whatsapp – was this a good strategy? What worked? What didn’t), how you organised the work, shared information and how you motivated each other. This can also include an account of how you decided what information was relevant and why you did not share certain things. 

→ Here I value self-awareness & honesty, over spin: How did you ensure that you are asking yourself and your team mates: “Am I being too dominant? Am I engaging in dialogue? Am I backing up my opinions, ideas & suggestions with research & analysis?” How did you organise your own work flow? What worked? Didn’t work well?
