ANBH1140 Animal Handling and Behaviour

We will be attending Whitemud Equestian Center Association to observe normal horse behaviour and communication, and we may also see some behaviour problems. 

1. Take pictures while you are at WELCA
2. Choose 1 or more pictures of equine communication or an equine normal behavior observed to include in the report

• Because some behaviours happen so quickly, you may share pictures among the class
• If you are completely unable to get pictures at WELCA and would like to write on something that was not shared, an acceptable personal picture, or something taken from the internet (with appropriate citing) would be accepted as a last choice

1. Report: 250-500 words in length. Describe the behavior in detail, indicating if it is part of normal behavior or communication. If it is about equine communication, describe the consequence of the behaviour, and why was it exhibited. 
2. Submit the report, including the picture(s) in to Moodle either a word or PDF document is fine
