• Step 2 (50 words): Provide a brief introduction on the allocated case.
• Step 3 (400words): Identify and analyse the healthcare issues which contributes to the unexpected patient death.
• Discuss the most relevant NSQHS standard that was not adhered to in relation to these healthcare issues.
• Step 4 (550 words): Articulate the role of the RN in the provision of the safe management of the clinical case. Discuss recommendations/actions that would have resolved the situation and adhered to the NSQHS standard discussed.
