• Write down everything you note as you are watching the videos.
• Consider the guidance for reflective practice. What information do you want to dig deeper into? What are your personal experiences and ways of thinking that may need exploration?
• Write down things that surprise you, what you already know, or what you thought you knew.

B) Mind-Map

• Capture the main points you would like to discuss from the notes you took while watching the videos.
• Write down your own thoughts on the topic around the main points.
• Draw lines to connect your thoughts.

C) Written Reflection

• Create a hand-written or Word doc (single-spaced) that frames your thoughts on the videos.
• Highlight a few main points you would like to consider further.
