 Part A:

Understand patients learning styles, literacy, readiness, social background, motivational factor. Why the patient been readmitted to the hospital and link it to the incorrect technique of inhaler and why and when to use the PRN inhalers, what could trigger the attack. Identify that he his keen to learn the proper techniques and when to use. The social background he has a disabled adult son to take care of (his motivator reason to move on).
