Recommendations – what do you recommend the governing body do next? How does this relate to the governance responsibilities regarding risk management for governing bodies as an aged care provider and also a local government (public sector) owned service?

2. Strategic Risk Review 

Identify up to 5 strategic risks impacting Bluehaven Bonaira to analyse. In this risk analysis you should consider:

• The (potential) risk event

• Potential impact if the risk event was to occur at a strategic level

• The consequences if the event did occur for Kiama Council

• The likelihood of the event occurring

• Controls that you expect to be in place (based on the information you have)

• Further action that may be required/ further information that needs to be checked or confirmed to assess the risk. This can be presented in a risk register format but this is not mandatory.
