Phase 1 (Individual work, 80 Marks):

In this part, you need to map all these items in the list to the same business that you have introduced in Assignment 1. Please note that this work needs to be in a report format, and you need to follow all the rules for academic writing here such as using the APA6 referencing style.

In this part, you need to:

• map all items that are applicable to the case study you are addressing.

• Suggest a modification of items that are not directly applicable to your business.

Phase 1 (Group work, 20 Marks):

After finishing the first part, you need to work in a group (2 -3 students) to produce a group report addressing the following points:

1. Compare all the individual reports and produce a list of the common list items. Comment on the reason why these are common and what is the similarity between the different case studies.

2. List the differences between your checklists and analyse the reasons behind those differences.

3. Suggest and explain two more items to be added to the list.
