You are to design a brochure/poster which provides 3 practical wellness tips for social distancing in each of the three categories of wellness studied in FSHN1030 (namely, nutritional, physical and mental health) i.e. 9 wellness tips in total.

Your audience is adults in the Australian general public who are social distancing in their homes. Do not assume that your audience has any gym equipment or large areas of space.

Part B - rationale:
You are to write a report justifying each of the 9 wellness tips that you have included in your brochure. Explain the rationale for each wellness tip by supporting it with relevant scientific evidence. Divide up your report with appropriate and logical sub-headings – do not present it as an essay.

Your audience is Australian health professionals.

Sources of reliable scientific recommendations for you to use may include the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines, the Australian Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines, the World Health Organisation, scientific journals, and any other reputable scientific source.
