Australian Legal System: Enterprise Law Assignment

This is the 'REAL' Quiz - your marks out of 15 for this quiz will be counted towards your final mark for the Unit. Please note the following important aspects:

1. the quiz will be available until 8pm on Monday, August 15th at 10pm;
2. you have only ONE attempt at this quiz;
3. the quiz will submit itself automatically at the end of the 20 minutes allowed;
4. backtracking is not allowed in this quiz (ie, once you have answered a question and moved on, you will not be able to return to earlier questions);
5. the questions are randomly generated from a large database and are presented to you one question at a time;
6. answers to your quiz questions are NOT provided at the end of this quiz - I'm not allowed to set up assessable quizzes to show the answers unfortunately, so I can't accommodate requests for answers;
7. you will not get your mark straight away - marks will be released on My Grades after the quiz closes (ie, 10pm Monday15th) - this is another setting I'm required to use for the quizzes, so please be patient with this as I can't give out anyone's marks before then;
8. if you encounter technical problems while taking the quiz (such as the quiz freezing when you are part way through) please email Jenn (j.ireland@westernsydney.edu.au) about this - I can restart the quiz for you if our system logs show that the problem occurred in our system, but I cannot allow further attempts if the problem is not in our system logs; and finally
9. the misconduct rules definitely apply to any collusion or copying any part of this quiz, or attempting to do so, and will be applied if any misconduct of this sort is detected - you MUST do your own quiz yourself without help from anyone else.
