The advertisement in the newspaper only permitted three lines. The advertisement stated: Best Migration Agent in all aspects of Immigration Law I will only charge you if I am successful Contact: Anna Smith on 0413 000 000 The accountant whom she leased the premises from referred a client, Jacky Chan to her, to complete a Business Talent visa class EA subclass 132. As she was very happy to obtain instructions from such a highly successful business client, she immediately placed his details on her website stating that she has a highly successful businessman as her client. She also informed some of her colleagues, who are registered migration agents that she was acting for Jacky Chan. Anna requested the client pay her $12,000 initially and that she would invoice the client once the application was lodged as this was her first application and she was not sure of the practicalities. No documents were provided to the client when the payment was made.
