The health sector is one of the sensitive and delicate areas which is the combination of the economic system as well. The health sector is the main attraction as well because a large amount of the country’s budget is being allocated in this sector to improve the health service and the products. With the advancement of the ICT and adaptation of electronic health records (EHR) has played a crucial role in this sector of viewing the things. With the use of EHR, various treatments are done in a quick and improved way. As mentioned above, security is one of the main barriers while adaption of the Information system. To protect the data from different threats and risks we need to consider security frameworks. In this research, we have discussed how we can achieve the security by examining different tools and approaches.
