There are currently nine ‘Freedoms of the Air’, which are recognised in international aviation. What are the origins and nature of these freedoms? Include in your answer any background history of why they were created, where the initial five freedoms were created, and how all nine freedoms now manifest themselves. Use some (pre-Covid if preferred), real-world examples to illustrate your points. If you consider it relevant, feel free to discuss any potential further freedom rights which may occur in the future.
