Management Report Writing Assessment Task

Part A: Individual Profile 
The purpose of this report is to gain knowledge and awareness of your personality and how you work in a team. You will also need to consider the roles and behaviours of others in your team. In order to do this, you will need to complete a personality survey and a team roles survey, discuss these results with your team members, and analyse your findings using evidence from the scholarly literature. Part B: Team Evaluation 
During the semester you will work in a workshop team to develop an interactive, case-based workshop to deliver in your MGTS1601 tutorial. In this report, you are
required to write an evaluative report about the effectiveness of your team, and analyse the factors that most affected your team effectiveness. You will also need to consider the specific lessons learnt from your experience. Please see Blackboard for more information about this task. You will be provided with one article to commence this evaluation. You must use at least six articles from the Australian Business Dean’s Council (ABDC) journal list (Code 1503) dated between 2009-2019 in your report otherwise your mark will be restricted to 12/25.  You must use the list provided at Blackboard. Please see Blackboard for more information about this task.
