- In the required (planet stream or PPT with voice) digital vodcast format with up to 20 supporting slides:
- Present a critical business review of the current position of Pret a Manger based on the application of appropriate analytical models. Summarise your findings on a SWOT model.
- Select and apply two internal analysis models to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Pret
- Select and apply two external models to identify the opportunities and threats that Pret currently faces
- Using the Stakeholder Mapping theoretical model, identify the stakeholders, individual or groups who will direct the future of Pret .
- An SAF model (suitability, acceptability and feasibility) for at least one existing
- and one potential future strategy.
- Identify and review the potential future strategy based on either one of Porters Generic or Ansoff Growth strategies
- Models that have been used to support implementation should be included in the slides for example – Drift model, Force field analysis.
- NB Planet stream or PPT with voice is the only format that will be accepted. This is a Level 6 so it must not contain your name or student id on the vodcast.
