In addition, you will need to collect a dataset to answer the question described in Section 4 below. Using the results of data processing in Microsoft Excel, write a ±1500 words report in Microsoft Word. 

Your report should have 5 sections, which address the following:

1. Introduction

Describe the objectives of the report and describe the datasets involved.

2. Distribution of Dwelling Type

Choose one of the five sample data on Moodle. Clearly state which sample you are using. Present the distribution of dwelling type using both a table and a graph. Then construct a 95% confidence interval for the population proportion of Flat.

3. Distribution of Weekly Rent of Flats in Sydney

Choose one of the five sample data on Moodle. Clearly state which sample you are using. Describe the weekly rent distribution of Flats in Sydney (postcode 2000) by using a numerical summary (sample size, mean, standard deviation and median) and a suitable graphical display. Then perform a suitable hypothesis test at a 1% level to test if the weekly rent of flats in Sydney is less than $800.

4. Weekly Rent Spending by International Students

Collect a dataset from at least 30 international students in Sydney to answer a research questions: “is there a difference in the average weekly rent between female and male international students in Sydney?”. Test at a 5% level.

5. Conclusion

Briefly summarise all your findings above and give a suggestion for decision making for a possible stakeholder in this context. For a bonus point, discuss any limitation in your findings.
